Gained 10 lbs. in the last 100 days. (22 lbs total gained).Something is going on!! Not sure if it's cuz I'm getting older (43) and definitely less active. But I have no desire and/or energy to do anything but lay on the couch. I sit all day at work, then come home feeling to exhausted to move from the couch. I do have an underactive thyroid (on meds) and how I would love for that to be the culprit, but that's probably wishful thinking. I'm figuring out I cannot eat just whatever, even though its not much different than before (when I maintained at a certain weight). Going to have things checked out for sure. I hate...tracking calories. But I guess I'm gonna have to do it to see what my threshold is. I'm definitely trying to stay at the 1200 & below mark to see what happens. And as much as I have no desire to move around, I'll have to force myself. Ughh.. and wish me luck.
