What I realized the other day!!! Is that I didnt really like myself any more at 137 lbs than at my current 161 lbs. For most of us women, it's always a constant wieght battle (with few sane periods), but we will always be weight obsessed. SOmetimes more then others and after looking around my WW meeting sometime back, affects women young & old. WHich was totally depressing to know that there is lifetime of battling. boooo.
