Start 95.5kg 7.8.15 Today 1.9.19 89.8kg = 5.7kg loss in 25 days!!!!!! Sept 1st; the 1st day of Spring & I'm going to set my goal at rounding that 5.7kg off to a total of 12kg lost by 1st October. I am doing all the right things for me ~ especially in the cooking of delectable nourishing food that I find really palatable ~ I have been so lazy about doing that for such a long time but I'm not going over the top with anything ~ I make food & if I think there's too much then I just 1/2 it & put it in containers for tomorrow. Am loving that I am loving exercising so much too. Apart from all else I do in the pool I added running on the spot really fast to my circuit today so that really got my heart rate up & with thanks to the wonderful long back stretches I introduced in my kitchen a week or so so I went for a 20 minute walk across rough terrain with my friend & trainer without once having to sit down or grimace with back pain agony ~ that is miraculous!!!!! 🎉🎉
