Good morning! I've been off for almost a month, but I need to get my butt moving. I was part of this 100 day challenge and I didn't lose a pound. My friend has lost 50 lbs since February and she looks amazing! I'm so motivated by her. November and December are the hardest months for me to lose weight. I'm back at the gym. I go 3 days a week. I walk/jog on the treadmill for 2 miles. I also weight lift. The days I'm not at the gym I go for a walk. The hardest thing for me to give up is soda, but so far I've done well. I'm ready to get back on track.
