Feeling so much better today, after a week of being sick. Tonight is gym night, I feel good enough to go right now, I hope I feel as good tonight, I really want to get into going to the gym to start to build up. Looking forward to building on my arms and working my chest. Ever since I was a kid, I wanted abs and arms. I have always had good arms, as I love to chop wood, and lifting weights, but now I want more, lets see if I can do it.
