I reached my first goal weight as of yesterday.
I'm still in the midst of unpacking from my move, but unpacking the scale and seeing that number after almost a year of working on myself feels fucking awesome. I still have a ways to go, but I'm well on my way. 60lbs down is incredible, and bc I've changed a lot of my mindset around everything, it's still... not easy, but not the uphill struggles I used to have surrounding health and weight loss before.
and, I have non scale goals I'm looking forward to hitting one day too.
