Chipping away, seems slow, but then again, looking at my pants sizes I feel great!

As I was rearranging my closets today I laid out my clothes in sizes, from 46 waist (gave my 48s to Goodwill) all the way down to 34 waist(the size I want to get back into). I fit into my 36s right now, tight, but what a great feeling...have not been that size for about six years.

I now have to find time to start working out better, to tone up, any ideas? I already have the goal to get to the gym at 240 (no excuses).
