Stalled out... easy to see why with this website, very poor eating choices over the past few weeks. I have a hundred-and-one (more if I try) excuses, but none can stand up to the facts that the charts show... eat well, exercise and loose weight, eat poorly and sit at a desk most of the day, and gain. Hmmm... Thanks FS - now to get back on track, and no more pizza.
