Looking into the "Paleolithic Diet", something I have thought about for a while now, but did not think there was actual "diets" based on the concept. I should have known better as there seems to every type of anyone could think of out there ~laughs~. This type of diet makes more scene to me than most, I will have to do more research before I jump in.
Note - at this point, I don't think I will weigh in on the weekends, I am still sticking to the low kcal small portion "veggie with almost no meat" diet during the week and recording every weekday. I just find that having my sons, friends, social life and oftentimes finding myself at work on the weekends leave no time to "work off the extra kacls" so I will do that during the week. I will try to watch what I am eating better.
