It is 9:00 here in New Brunswick and the start of a beautiful fall day! I am still very much motivated and had a boiled egg, bit of margarine and two slices of WW bread for a total of 4 points I guess. Have a jug of water with me and about to go for a walk. My lunch and dinner are planned out as well as snacks for the day. My goals for this weekend are to walk each day and record my food intake so I don't exceed 25 points each day.
