Day 1 and so far so good, of course I carbed out big time last night since I knew I'd be starting today. I had a pulled BBQ sandwich, fried okra, and topped it all off with a piece of Red Velvet Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. Yes, I was livin' it up. This morning, I've had an Atkins Advantage Shake and the recommended chicken broth. Not really hungry for much else. Gosh, I wonder why (a little sarcasm there). It's inspiring to read all the losses here. I really like this site, perhaps even more than Sparkpeople.
