Day four of egg/meat fast results: A very nice drop again and I feel like I have turned a corner. No more symptoms of keto flu today and feeling pretty good. I am actually considering doing this in cycles as long as I see results. It is pretty easy to do, although eating out can require some wrangling. Example: Had lunch with my bf yesterday and I just wanted two hamburger patties with cheddar cheese. Because they didn't offer a double burger, she would have had to charge me for two burgers. So, I just had one and then had a snack of chicken wings when I got back to work. All in all though, it has gotten easier rather than more difficult, which has been a pleasant surprise. Thinking about eating normal LCHF on Sunday and going right back to egg/meat for another six days. I will play around with it and see what my body responds to. If nothing else, I have lost about 7 of the 10 pounds I gained over the holidays, attained ketosis levels, and have kicked the cravings.

Thank you. I am glad I tried something different at least. It could also be some effects of the bulletproof coffee.
@AZ....I looked up info on an egg/meat fast and kinda am just doing it the way I want. I am mainly keeping my net carbs as low as I can by eating eggs, meat, healthy fats, and a small amount of cheese to break it up a bit. The true way is eating more often than I would like and I wasn't too keen on eating eggs for every meal. Example Day:
BPC,boiled egg,bacon----Breakfast
Meat with mustard or mayo, sometimes with cheese----Lunch
Same as lunch or breakfast---Dinner (I had bacon and eggs one night)
Snacks: Tuna pouch, bit of cheese, boiled eggs, leftover meat
I do drink Zero Carb energy in the morning and probably a little too much diet pop. I do try to mix water in there,but usually don't log it unless it is with a meal.
