Posted the photo today that got me started on this diet - At my best friends birthday party, this photo was taken. Later, when I saw it, I had to do something. This was the largest I had ever been, topping out around 320 lbs. Now, at 244 lbs, I am almost 10 pounds lighter then I was when I started to gain weight. The weight went on quickly after my divorce, I was devastated, and oddly, I did not realize how bad it was until this photo. But some times it just takes a smack in the face from reality to start you back on the right path. Good luck everyone – it is not easy, but it is worth it.
