Well so much has occured since my last entry. I was going to do the LA plan but after much prayer and research I have decided to do the Herbalife plan. I began a week ago Monday and so i am in my second week. I am not sure of my starting weight, i weigh on Thursday so i will put that information in after my weigh in. I am encouraged that this is the way for now and my goal is a loss of 150 pounds
