Boy am I so happy to record this. Yes my weight loss has slowed down, but I'm glad I'm still losing. When I started these diets on 20 November 2017 I weighed 122kg today 14 January 2018 I'm 22kg lighter. Today I'm happy to report that I'm 2 dress sizes down, which is just amazing. All thanks to the support and encouragement of this group. The journey continues, let's do this...✊✊✊
100 kg Indtil videre tabt: 22,2 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 35 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Thank you everyone, I couldn't have done it without all of your support. @LowCarbFemmeFit's, I'm doing 2 low calorie diets, cardiac arrest diet and GM diet. Yes they say it's not healthy, but it works for me. So I combine both of them in 10 days and then take 3-4 days break. And then continue. I don't exercise coz I'm trying to protect my muscles since I hardly ever have enough proteins.

Hey Membrey...I have accepted your follow request :) you would need to be literally in a starvation camp for many weeks before your muscle will be compromised. No fears there.Your body will feast on stored fat. Promise! Good luck with the rest of your journey!

Hi @Belinda Hussain, thank you for the support. I eat way less than my recommended calorie intake. I hardly ever go above 600cal. I think I have only gone above 700cal once.
