I can't figure out how to adjust my initial weigh in. I weighed in this morning and weighed 260.4. I had put my initial weigh in as 265 which I was last week but now it shows a 4 lb loss in one day. Oh well!! I was happy to see that I was lower then I thought I was. I'm going to work on exercise at this time and just watch portion sizes and see how that goes for a while. I counted my steps in my house and there are 14 so if I climb them 8 times in one day I'll do over 100 steps by doing that. I will take a small walk with my 2 year old and when my husband or son gets home I will take a bigger walk. I had gall bladder surgery 3.5 weeks ago and am still on medical leave until the end of this week so I have a few days to get my act together.
