officially only 1lbs away from my last lowest and by my calculations i did earn one pound gain. so this should be around the real point. now back on focusing on getting out of the 240s. i feel like i lost a week of progress due to my binge...oh well live and learn...back to progress!!! want to be at least 220 by summer....208 would be even better but we'll see...
