👍🏻Yupppers. That’s usually what I do any time I eat out, or get fast food. Helps if they have gram weights associated with the foods to get things a little more accurate, but it’s whatever cuz duh fuud iz guuud 😁

great guidance - thanks for posting this. Eating out is a challenge - but it is doable for me if I just take my time and work it out...I have told a waiter or two that I need another minute...

If I can't figure it out ahead of time, I order and usually only eat half and bring home the leftovers to weigh. Everybody says "oh, you are so good only eating half" but 9 times out of 10 I eat the second half right after I weigh it!
