Bought a Wii fit today and my Wii age is my own age so that's not too bad! I am so excited to start - I have wanted one for ages but just couldn't afford it , but a friend gave me some vouchers which paid for half of it! I can't wait to get going.
2 lbs off this week. I know I should be pleased but I had lost 3 but as I committed a a cardinal sin in my eyes, by weighing throughout the week, I gained one back. Now I know that TOM is due but that has NEVER made me gain before - or maybe I hadn't noticed because I was weighing once week. Also this is my first true week in total carbs so I suppose I was expecting more, although I think true ketosis only started 4 days ago , so we'll see next week how I do. I just want to be at goal by July! Anyway I'm not moaning , I 'm happy I lost after all! I am also not getting all of my exercise as schools out.

That's great that you got the Wii. Now don't let it be a dust collector! Lol. And 2 lbs. this week, whoo hoo! I'll take it if you don't want it! (j/k). Seriously though - been in ketosis for a couple of weeks, and only lose at about 1 lb a week. Every BODY is different. But I am losing, and SO ARE YOU!!! So be happy, be healthy and go work out on your new Wii ;)

I love the WII fit! I just can't do it now cause of my feet. But man... When I would get started, I would "play" for like 1.5 hrs! It is such great fun. ENjoy!!!
I am joining you, as of today, in looking at total carbs vs net carbs.
