Hello I'm MrsVondrak or Tina. I am married with 3 little girls and a 1 son. Before babies I was in shape 160 and muscles. Now I'm standing at ??? and flabby. My goals are to live healthier and getting back down to before babies. Non-smoker, holiday drinker and love playing with my kids and hubby.
