Walking two or three times a week for over an hour is excellent. So you haven't neglected yourself at all. We all go through periods when we are fed up with diet, I think it's a matter of settling back into it when *you* feel the time is right. Be good to yourself and try to eventually become as fit and as strong as you can possibly be, but at your own pace, and in your own way. You cannot do more than the best you can. :-) Good luck Arnica!
