Down 2 more. I think my metabolism is at an all time high. I ate pizza this week and had a few beers on more than one occasion.
I attribute it to eating breakfast everyday (high protein low carb), drinking 12 glasses of water each day, staying active, and limiting what I eat after dinner to fruits and proteins.
I'm just enjoying the crazy ride.
