I am correcty an error I made last week. I actually gained 10-13 pounds while I had my two month recovery from getting a Total Ankle Replacement, but that wasn't too bad as I did keep in the gym a lot. I am back down 4 pounds or so since I got mobile and am getting to the gym 4/5 times weekly
