almost 19 pounds lost since the first of jan glad to see its not for nothing i seem to loose 3 to 5 ponds at a time not just one pound it seems to work better for me by measuring everything out and writing it all down i have a better understanding of things now
124,7 kg Indtil videre tabt: 8,6 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 47,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

GREAT JOB!!! That's quite a bit in just a few weeks! You've lost more than I have. I hit a plateau, but seem to be coming out of this week! So happy that you are seeing success! Keep it up! You are getting there! Let's make everyday count!!!

You have really done a great job. I started atkins 1/1/09 and have lost 9lbs so far. I have stuck with the diet reasonably well, but I expected to see more of a loss by now. I am looking for atkins diet buddies. Check me out. Keep up the great work!!
