Well I managed to do decently when we went out to eat. I did indulge a little but nothing drastic. I resisted the Girl Scout Cookies, though only with the help of my hubby. LOL.
I did my exercises yesterday, but messed up the muscle in the front of my thigh on my right leg so lunges are out for the rest of the challenge now. I will have to do something else in place of it.
Today I should get a lot of activity in because I have to mow the yard and have lots of shopping to do which means lots of on my feet and walking time. And the best thing of all, I lost a full pound from yesterday! YAY!
