Thanks laura,I hope you have more luck with the TO than I did,I have done it twice and both times I gained,very depressing.They finally decided I wasn't getting enough food for everything I was doing during the day;get up at 4:30 walk 3 miles take the kids swimming and other activites,so they changed my plan from the purple to the blue.Last week my counselor suggested I try the Slim Down shakes and I did.At WI yesterday I lost 1.2 lbs.So I was excited! I am still not on track with my losses I should be down 32lbs by the end of july,but I keep on. 

Nice to have you here DJ. I can barely handle the two kiddos that are mine, let alone 6 who are not! My hat is off to you. I like to tell people that I am a single mother of three, my youngest is 5 y.o., the middle is 8 y.o. and my oldest is 39 y.o. (my husband). :) Andrea
