Wow. I got over ur history. In 1 year u lost 12 kg. It is my goal. But I lack consistency. I want to lose 12 kg as well. From 72 to 60.

It not easy, it took me getting to a very low poi t to get the determination and motivation! I weighed in daily to keep me on track it's amazing how a few initial losses keep you going. I did 2 weeks of Keto for a big kick-start, then kept to 1200-1400c a day (I'm 44, 163cm). Good Luck!
