Your heading down on thescale, good job. Feeling great is even better. I visited your weighthistory. Betting with yourhealthy smoothies and walking that youfeel better than the last time you were at this weight. You have such history on here. Do youever check back with old journal posts to see how you were feeling at different weights? I have not. But it would be interesting if the years have changed your outlook. I like to think I've grown a little wiser. ☺
