I gave up on my diet during Thanksgiving/Christmas time. It was too much to handle with all those events and food temptations going on. I started LCHF back early May and decided I wouldn't weigh in until I got back to the weight I was last December. And here I am, at the exact same weight.
I'll be taking family pictures in June, and hopefully I'll be slimmer for those pictures :)
