Blueberry Pancakes
Easy to make, delicious, thick and fluffy pancakes.
Ingredienser

- Place the egg yolks and milk in a large bowl, sift over the flour, caster sugar and salt and mix well.
- Whisk the egg whites in a clean grease-free bowl until they form soft peaks. Fold into the flour mixture. Gently stir in the blueberries.
- Heat a large, greased frying pan. Drop spoonfuls of the pancake mixture into the hot pan and cook until sides are crisp and golden.
- Turn over and cook further until golden. Transfer to a clean tea towel to keep warm.
- Cook the remaining batter in the same way.
- Serve the warm pancakes topped with syrup if desired.

The recipe I am sure tastes great, but it does not count the calories of the " greased" frying pan, as the grease is not mentioned under ingredients.
How does the Fatsecret editorial team accept this and other faulty recipes I have come across?

I have a few is this whole milk, skim milk, I would use almond milk and whole wheat flour.

Very light and fluffy-yes! I used 2T honey for sugar (more calories but some say honey has a slimmming effect). added 2T chopped pecans. Used whole wheat flour. Recipe made 8 small pancakes. Figured one pancake at 125 cal. Plus syrup/butter
