Low carb pizza that can be topped with your favorite toppings.
Ingredienser
Vejledninger
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Spray 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray.
- Place 2 cups mozzarella cheese in bottom of pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan and spices.
- Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread sauce over baked mixture. Add toppings.
- Cover with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly and brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Note: different topping can be added as well as chives for more flavor.

Really great recipe. A perfect substitute when you're craving pizza. You can really substitute whatever toppings you like as long as they are low carb. I used oscar mayer classic pepperoni.
When the egg and cream cheese crust is baking it tends to puff up a bit in the oven but this is completely fine. If you want you can poke a few holes in it.
