Today was better,relationship wise and eating/exercise. This was my fifth day in a row exercise. Did 30-40 minutes of cardio each day and alternated upper and lower body strength training, today I just did cardio, a whole hour with 15-30 minutes on a couple different machines. Eating well. High fiber and protein do really help. Fruits and veggies use to be my struggle, but its getting easier. Need to spend more time and effort cooking.
