I think ive been trying to do too much too soon. Especially after doing some research, I was aiming for 1300 calories and I shouldnt have been getting less than 1500, and more like 1800. I had my baby only 4 weeks ago and I was all gung ho to lose the baby weight...but I need to pace myself. I think insufficient calorie intake was draining my energy. Im going to increase my calorie intake and decrease my expectations for weight loss. I've been exercising every day and I'm going to keep it up, because it makes me feel better, better mood and more energy. But I need to feed my body what it needs.
