Same for me Bea, I could be at my goal, or could have been long ago, keep sabotaging myself. The gym I belong to, has a nutritionist and I never took my free hour with her. Doing it tomorrow. I already know what I should and shouldn't be doing, but maybe she can give me extra incentive! Have a great day Bea, and don't beat yourself up. We are human, after all!

I have only been on this roll since November.Fell off for a bit then back on. No change in weight isn't a bad thing. Keep it up!
