So this is me trying again...I did so well previously, then went on holiday at a 3 meals a day all inclusive holiday resort and never really got back on track and my weight steadily increased until I now weigh more than I ever have. Enough! I know what I have to do to lose weight and this app worked well for me in the past, no more excuses...lets go :)
